What makes me qualified isn’t just knowledge—it’s lived experience. I’ve gone through the confusion, emotional exhaustion, and self-doubt that come with abuse. I know what it feels like to question your reality and feel stuck.

Through my own healing, I’ve learned how to recognize unhealthy patterns, set boundaries, and rebuild my sense of self. I’ve also spent time learning about narcissistic behavior and addiction so I can better understand what people are going through.

I don’t come from a place of judgment—I come from understanding. My goal is to offer support, clarity, and a safe space for others who feel lost, just like I once did.
